BSS MONDAY IDEA - ADD TEXTURE TO COPIC COLORED IMAGES

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.

Today's idea is to add some texture to your Copic colored stamped images.

I colored the pumpkins with Copic Markers, then went back in, using the clear blending marker, made dots on one, stripes on the other, and diagonal lines on the last. Just make the dots or lines and keep going over them until you get the desired effect. Kind of a cool way to add interest to a small stamp like this pumpkin.

The inside of the card.

Card Recipe

Paper - base card - Bazzill dotted Swiss
Designer paper from Generations 6x6 stack from Simple Stories
Stamps - Pumpkin, Hero Arts Bold Pumpkin F5461
Sentiment - Impression Obsession - B5586
Dyed twine - From BSS
Corner Punch turned sideways - Paper Shapers
Kaiser Pearls
Pumpkin Border Punch - Martha Stewart.

Give this little trick a try, adds some interest to your cards.

NOTE: If you don't have copic markers, try coloring a stamped image with pencils or water based markers and using a darker shade to add dots and lines for texture.

Thanks for stopping by today, Hope you have a Monday.  Until later..........

I also thought you used DP for the pumpkins. I was admiring the symmetry in the card. That is a fabulous effect using the colorless blender.
