BSS MONDAY IDEA - ONE STAMP CARD

WELCOME TO THE BUFFALO STAMPS AND STUFF MONDAY IDEA.

Today's idea is to use one stamp to create a card. The main focus image, as a background stamp, and on the inside of the card.

The stamp I used is a Penny Black, Slapstick/Cling, Dreamy 40-102
I first inked it up with Versafine watermark ink, then used Worn Lipstick
Distress Ink by Ranger for the flower, and Adirondack Meadow for the stem.
I stamped then quickly embossed with clear embossing powder. I used the same Adirondack Meadow to distress the edges with.

This is the inside of the card. I stamped the sentiment with Adirondack Meadow, then
stamped the flower over it with Worn Lipstick and Meadow, but did not emboss.

Card Recipe

Stamps - Penny Black Dreamy 40-102 Cling, front sentiment, Rubber Stampede,
Inside sentiment, DRS 28K1002
Papers - Mint green card stock base, Designer paper Echo Park, This and That 6x6 Paper Pad.
Distressed the edge of the pink polka dot paper

See what you can come up with using only one stamp. The scroll work of the stem of this
stamp could be a great background design on it's own, as well as the flower portion.

Hope you have a great week.
Thanks for stopping by
