Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.
This weeks idea is a Triple Easel Card.
Recently while surfing the web I came across this idea of a Triple Easel Card.
And the the gal that showed it, also did a tutorial that you can print out.
And here is the card I came up with. Since Valentine's Day is approaching, I used that theme on my card.
Picture of the card from above.
Picture of the card from an angle
Picture of the card from the front.
Side view. (remember you can click to enlarge any picture.)
Ok, looks complicated, right? Well it is actually just three separate easel cards
glued together. Sheri's directions are very good. I think you will be surprised how quickly this goes together.
Card Recipe:
Stamp- Penny Black (4029J)
Paper - Red, White and Pink Card Stock
Dies - Spellbinders Nestabilities, Classic Scalloped Hearts (S4-137) and Classic Hearts (S4-136)
White, LaRue Heart, Memory Box (98255)
Small Pink Crystal Heart - Prima - Say it in Crystals
Small flowers, Rhinestones
Bear Colored with Prisma Color Pencils
Hope you have a chance to make a Triple Easel Card, so cute for Valentines!
Oh, and it folds flat for mailing!
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great Monday.

SHY LION VALENTINE

Hello.  Hope your Saturday was good.  I spent some time in the craft room today, while the rest of my family went to an open practice for the Buffalo Sabres Hockey team.  They have been in lockout and now have settled and their first game is tomorrow.  On Friday, they went also and the gift shop was 50% off EVERYTHING, and the food concessions were also half price.  They really enjoyed themselves, and my hubby was in seventh heaven, he has been missing hockey big time!!

I made this card for the challenge at Mo's Digital Challenge #169, and they want you to show embossing on your card.

I made a long card for a change.  The papers are DCWV.  I embossed the panel behind the
darling SHY LION digi with an embossing folder from Darice.  The heart is a glittered heart with a gemstone in the middle from Michael's.  The inside sentiment says Happy Heart Day!

Have a great Sunday.  Thanks for stopping by today.  Until later............

A Rose is A Rose

Hello friends.  Cold here today.  Going to get colder and we are going to get snow!

Today's card is for the January challenge at Sweet Pea Stampers Challenge.  The theme this month is Clean and Simple with NO embellishments.  Could I do THAT!  CAS is hard enough for me and then throw NO embellishments in the mix.  Here is what I came up with:

Popped up Wings added gold Stickles.

I used this beautiful Stamp, colored with Copics.

Here is the finished card.

Colored with Copic Markers

Tea for Two

Hi friends.  Busy day today.  Hope everyone had a great Wednesday.

I wanted to share something with you today about my card

If you have been stamping for a long time, you may remember the Holly Pond Hill line of bunnies from Uptown Stamps (no longer in business).  Well, I receive the Newsletter from JoAnna Sheen (she is a well known crafter who appears on TV there regularly) and lo and behold, she is featuring an unmounted line of these Holly Pond Hill bunnies.  So, I went to the cabinet and opened the drawer and there were 10 of these adorable stamps from years ago!  I inked up the tea party one, and made a card.

Out of curiosity, I went on ebay and there are some of the originals for sale, and some are listed as high as $39.99 each (good luck with that!).

My card is simple, wanted to let this little scene be the center of attention.
Pink Card base is a Spellbinders Large Scallop circle Grand die.  Spellbinders classic circle dies.
A white lace doily.  Small white flowers with a pink center and the blue ribbons.  Colored with Copics.  Everything old is new again!!!

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great Thursday.  Until later...........

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea
Today's idea
Punch it out, then put it back.

Punched out the snowflake from the Image I created, then
after adding embossing powder, put it back popped up on a small pop dot.
Allows the background paper to show through and makes the snowflakes 3D.

Stamp - Uptown Girl Quinn in her Boots
Paper - Bazzill
Snowflake punch - Martha Stewart
Corner punch - Paper Shapers Scalloped Corner
Flower Soft snow
Snowflakes embossed with Stampendous Fran-tage, Shabby White
Colored with Copic Markers

Try this with flowers, leaves, look through your decorative dies too.
Hope you have a chance to play with this idea.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great Monay.  Until later.............
