Oh Deer

Hello. Cold here today. We have a couple of inches of snow on the ground today, but just south of us they were hit hard yesterday with blowing lake effect snow. Need to go out and run some errands today, not looking forward to it.

Today's card is for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge (MMSC31). And they have added a theme of Winter Wonderland.

The deer stamp is from Artful Stamper. The papers are Basic Gray. The swirls are a sizzix die cut. The snowflake border punch is Martha. I made an easel card and used a snowflake eyelet at the top.

I'm also entering this card in the Stampin for the Weekend challenge, which is Blue and Brown.

Hope you have a great Friday. Until tomorrow....................

  4. Great card Sue, is that snowflake punches around the edges? That is such a wonderful idea. I also like the pink highlights on the deer. :)Chel

  5. Snow? We barely had a sprinkle of rain here today and we didn't even need a jacket on the patio! The sizzix swirls on this are a reminder of snow drifts and the deer is so sweet with all those sparkling branches framing him/her.

  7. Hi Sue,

This is my first time visiting your blog. I found your blog from Chelsea's blog. Your card is just beautiful. Which stamp did you use to create the lovely branches?
