BSS-MONDAY CHALLENGE-SURPRISE INSIDE

Good Monday Morning! Time for the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Challenge. The challenge today is to make this action pop-up card.

This is what the card looks like when it is opened! With the use of clear acetate strips and
the fold of the card, the decoration on the inside stands up when you open the card!

Here's another view, you can see the strips against the black background.

This talented gal has posted a video tutorial so you get to see her make it. It is pretty simple and I love cards that move. Wouldn't kids (and adults) love this idea.

The front of the card is Tilda with cake by Magnolia. The word sentiment is part of a round stamp by Catslife Press. The papers are by Graphic 45. Flowers are Prima, the leaves are a punch. Distressed edges of ovals and used distress inks.

On the inside, I cut clear acetate strips. I used a Martha punch to punch out the cakes. The border punch is also Martha. The inside sentiment is Hero Arts.

This design has endless possibilities! If you don't have a punch for the inside use a stamp and cut the design out. You can have as many or as few strips as looks good to you. I can't wait to make some more of these, so much fun.

Hope you have a chance to play. Thanks for stopping. Until later.................
