Welcome to
The House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge # 92
The Challenge this time is a sketch by our multi-talented, Scoopy Sue.
You can see the sketch at the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge blog
Aw, what a good friend this little mouse is! I colored with Copics and sponged the ground and clouds with distress inks. I decided to grunge up my card by distressing all the cardstock and designer paper edges. I cut a small paper doily in half and stuck it on either end. The flowers are Prima, folded in four and a little color added with a Copic Marker. The leaves are a die cut by Sizzix. The sentiment is by Inky Antics.
I sprayed the entire card with a mix of gold Perfect Pearls and water from a mini mister. Click on the pictures to see the cool gold goodness!
Our sponsor for this challenge is Di's Digi Downloads. The Prize, 3 Digi's! A big thank you to them for their generous offer.

Thanks Sue for the comment on my blog. I did mean the Perfect Pearls. I just checked mine and they are Pearl EX, but I'll try them on a scratch piece of paper first. I think they are just about the same as Perfect Pearls. I am going to have to order some of the House Mouse stamps so I can play along. They are the cutest things.
ReplyDeleteAnother great card. The bird is colored wonderfully. I always have such trouble with that. Love the gold mist.
ReplyDeleteWOW Sue - those corner flowers are fabulous! What a gorgeous layout to showcase this sweet HM stamp!

Oh how absolutely adorable. This stamp is so cute. I just love hummingbirds and have only seen one once in my life and it was no more than just a blur.
ReplyDeleteHave a grand day.

Wow Sue this is amazing. How sweet and adorable that image is. Reminds me I need to fill and put out my humming bird feeders. I know they are either here or will be here soon. I want to put them out before they start flying up to my windows looking for me....lol I kid you not. Beautifully done. I love the way you did your flowers.
