BSS IDEA - Four Layer Cake

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Idea.

Another Monday morning.  

This week we are talking CAKE!  a FOUR LAYER cake.

This wonderful die makes a card shaped like a cakluded

in the set (9 all together)..  Fun design.  Here is what e you

decide how to decorate it with the additional dies incI did.

Die - Sizzix - Cake Fold Its (662738)

Stamp - inside sentiment -Penny Black-Sentiment Collection (30-3550)

White card stock - base

Aqua card stock - frosting

Used a swirl embossing folder from Cuttlebug

White Glitter paper - Frosting between layers 

Candles (dies included) My Favorite Things-

Hearts and Strips 6x6 Paper Pack

Yellow card stock for flame

Orange Copic to color flame on one side

I cute four of the longer candles and three of

the shorter ones, and trimmed a little off

the bottom of each.

I then adhered the longest ones across the

top leaving a space in between each one

then added the shorter ones in between so it

gives the illusion of depth on the top of the

cake.

Fun card to send someone their birthday cake that you

aren't able to be with on their birthday!
