Good morning. I'm joining the fun at the
Stampendous 31 Days of Halloween
Check out their blog everyday during the month of October to see all the wonderful cards, projects, home decor and other fun
and creative ideas for Halloween, created with
Stampendous products.
When I decided to get this stamp, I was intrigued by
the image, but didn't know how I would use it.
It sat on my table for a while before I was inspired
to make the two cards below.
Stampendous -Autumn Points CRR297)
Papers, Green card base, gold mirror card stock, Black cardstock frame (Spellbinders die)
Distress inks used to sponge color onto the background Autumn Points leaves.
I stamped the image with Versafine ink onto heat resistant clear plastic
On a second piece of clear plastic, I brushed on tacky glue that would
dry clear and dropped onto the glue, several different colors of
alcohol ink. I swirled the ink around on the glue to spread the colors.
I then sprinkled with clear sparkly glitter. Then, placed the stamped and
embossed image with the back side down onto the glue, ink, glittered sheet.
Let the glue dry overnight and assembled the card.
Blue pearl card base and mat. Silver mirror paper, black glitter paper.
Die cut letters from Black Glitter paper.
Face colored with Copics, Background sponged with distress inks.
Thanks for stopping by today, Hope you have a great day. Until later....
Two spooky cards. Great for Halloween. I love that they are both so different. Great backgrounds on what I would call the nigh version of the one card. [Bunny]
