Close up Bikini Bottom

Hello.  It's Monday and that means it's time for the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Challenge.  And Oh what fun this one is  going to be.  These little cards are so much fun to make and I'm sure you are saying to yourself, OMG that would be so much fun to send to..............AND, there are so many things you can add to make them even cuter, like a tattoo, jewelry, etc.

They could not be easier to make,  The pattern template is free and can be found at www.karlum.com/templates.htmIf you look closely, the pattern for the card is the same shape for both the tops and bottoms.  There is only the main card to cut out and one piece for the bottom and two pieces for the top!  Simple and so darling.

For the bra and panties, I used papers from the Linen Closet Stack from DCWV. The lace is from leftovers from something I sewed. The ribbons were purchased pre-made.

For the Bikini, I used papers from Basic Grey, June Bug.  I punched scalloped ovals and pieced sections for the ruffle. Flowers are Prima and rhinestone, Kaiser.

OK, go get the pattern, you know you have someone in mind to send one of these to!!!  Have fun.

Thanks for stopping by.  Until later...............

Heeheeheee, how cute and pert and shapely, do they have templates for more true to life shapes like my sagging pears? Who would want a card of that, nevermind, lol!! Too cute and I imagine this would be really interesting to be on the receiving end of, love your lace detail too, you must do seamstress work in your spare time ;)
Stay dry, stephanne

Well, Sue, I was by here about an hour ago prepared to comment on this clever, clever idea -- but I have rambled off to take a look at the template, and lots of other stuff over there - thanks so much for the link. I am out of town and can't wait to try this one out -- so perfect for summer.
