BSS IDEA - TRUE FRIENDSHIP

Another Monday Morning.  How are you doing.  Two nice days on a week

end without rain.....bonus!  Hope everyone got out and got some sun

and enjoyed the weather.  Suppose to rain three days this week.

BEE HIVE

Beautiful day outside today, so quick post then going out to the yard 

for some yard work.  Rain is predicted for Mon-Wed again, so

have to get some outside stuff done today and tomorrow.

I made this card with a digi from Power Poppy.  The die

cut leaves is a die from Spellbinders (S5-336).

Yellow, green and mint cardstock.  Little Bees are from

Little B.  The flower was a package gift from my Niece

who brought me some goodies from the Ohio Stamp Show.

Yellow flowers with little bees on them.  I placed one

of the bees in the middle of the flower.

Colored with Copics

Embossed with a Chicken Wire embossing folder.

Finished card is 5x7 inches.

BSS IDEA - OLD GOAT

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Idea.

Hello, hope everyone had a wonderful Father's Day on Sunday.

We enjoyed a nice dinner out with our daughter, son-in-law, Grand-daughter

her boyfriend, and our Grand-son.  Since they are all so busy all the time

it was nice just to be together, enjoy good food and talk about what is

going on in their lives.  And to celebrate the Dad's.

This weeks card is such a hoot, hope you like it!

Stamp Set - Stampendous-Old Goat (QS5013)

Designer paper - Core'dinations - Gray Plaid

White and red card stock

Circle Dies - Spellbinders (two sizes)

Grass die - Gina Marie Designs

scalloped circles - EK Success Punch

Colored with Copics

White embossing ink and powder

White gel pen

Card is 4 1/4x51/2 inches

Cute a circle into the center of the front of the card.

Cut a piece of red card stock the same size as the card.

Lay the red card stock in the card, and close the card.

Place the smaller circle die in the die cut  on the front

of the card.

Secure the die with removable tape onto the red card stock.

Remove the red card stock with the smaller die attached and cut.

Adhere the red card stock with the smaller circle cut out

to the back of the front of the card.

Stamp and color the Clothes Line on a piece

of white card stock the same size as the card.

Sponge clouds, using a cloud stencil or the edge of a torn paper towel

around the clothes line stamped image.

Adhere the clouds and clothes line piece to the inside of the card.

Adhere the Goat cut out and Grass at the bottom of the inside of

the die cut on the front of the card.

Hope this little card gave you a giggle when you saw it, love the

little goat so cute.

YOU COLOR MY WORLD

Hi folks.  I finished a fun card today, but first the story behind it.

I saw a card made by Sharon White on the Stampendous facebook page and

was so intrigued by the beautiful card she made with a fun and delightful

digi.  I visited her blog to get the details of where to find the digi .
Then I went to the site of the digi and purchased it.

Stamp - Impression Obsession - Layered Pansies

Paper - Lawn Fawn - Perfectly Plaid

Peach and white card stock

And of course of delightful digi

I did my card a little differently that Sharon did.

I printed out the digi on white cardstock and cut out

the copic markers and colored  them up.

After coloring the flower stamp, I cut it out and made

a frame for it.  I then adhered the markers from

the digi around the frame arranging them just as they were in the

printout.  I added some shadows on the image by the

markers.

I'd like to thank Sharon for sharing her card and the site where

BSS IDEA - CAKE

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Idea.

Ahh...Summer!  Finally the sun was out for more than a minute!

Along with the flowers, the rain has brought the weeds and

we have been in the yard trying to get them under control this week!

Our pond is up and running, but the fish have taken to the bottom

for the time being as we had  2 visits from a Heron, but we were in

the yard and he didn't land.  But who knows if he came back when

we weren't out there.  Nature at it's scariest.  If you have never seen

one of these birds up close, it is amazing how big they are.

This weeks card is all about CAKE.  Do you have a lot of summer

birthdays?  There are a few great stamps about the CAKE out right

now and they are fun.  Here is one of them.......
