Blue Rhinestones
Silver ribbon bow
Inside sentiment Winter's Butterfly (C-2604)

How I made it

Die cut the Big Bubble die on the designer paper of your choice.
Keep the circles
Cut a 41/4 x 5 1/2 piece of glitter paper
Adhere the cut out die to the glitter paper
Adhere some of the circles back
  into the die.
I put five edge pieces back in.  In the remaining circles pop up
die cut snowflakes of different sizes and designs.  On the edge
snowflakes I cut them to fit.
Adhere to an A2 white card base.
Add a rhinestone to the center of each snowflake.

What a fun die this one is.  I can see leaves for fall, flowers for spring and summer.

BSS MONDAY IDEA - One for the Guys - Frame It

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.

This week's idea is one for the guys, with a framing idea.

Are these little raccoons cute or what?

This week, I thought I would share this framing idea.

How I did it.

Base card is 5x7 inches.
Cut a piece of white card stock 31/2 x 6 inches
Cut a Brown piece if card stock 4 x7 inches
I used the Spellbinders long rectangles nestabilities to cut my frames.
Center the largest die on the brown card stock and cut and emboss.
Center the next size smaller die on the white card stock and cut and emboss.
Adhere the brown frame over the white frame by applying adhesive
near  the edge of the frame and centering it over the white frame.
Apply foam mounting tape to the outside edge of the combined frame.
Run your ribbon around the frame and tie in a small knot.
Center and adhere the frame to the card.
Center your image in the center of the opening of the frame.

What I used

Stamps - NorthWoods (O9527) and inside (B9525)
Inside sentiment - Repeat Impressions (4009G)
Paper - Black, White and Brown Card Stock
Spellbinder's Long Classic Rectangles Nestabilities (S4-142)

Clouds sponged with Spun Sugar distress ink, and light blue dye ink

One Lucky winner will receive a $12 Gift Voucher to Di's DigiStamps
Di's BIO:  {I have been drawing since a child and studied graphics at College. I now work as a Medical photographer part time but my love was always drawing. I started cardmaking about 4yrs ago when I bought my daughter a cardmaking kit which we did together, but I’m afraid I got the bug! My daughter preferred scrapbooking. I then started  looking online at other blogs and this then became my passion and I loved sharing my cards with like-minded people.  I love stamping and loved finding images, but sometimes I could not find what I wanted so I started to draw myself. This then has become my second addiction and I have never looked back, I love thinking of new images, and its just fabulous to see others take them and make them into beautiful works of art. Long may it continue! }

BSS ;MONDAY IDEA = Fancy Fold

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.

Do you love fancy fold cards?  Me too!  Here is a neat little card that
is easy to put together and fun to decorate, and so many decorating possibilities.

This is the card closed, with a belly band to keep it closed.
Opps, my belly band is crooked in the picture.

Card opened up.

 What I used:

Paper - Light green card stock,What  Designer paper - Crate Paper 6x6 Pad
Farmhouse
Sentiment Stamp - Penny Black From the Heart Clear Set (30-207)
Inside Stamp - Penny Black Slapstick Cling - From Me to You (40-274)
Daisys - K & Company
Sunflower rhinestones - Queen and Co.
EK Success border punch
Spellbinders dies - Labels Eight Nestabilitires (S4-310)

How to make the base card

One piece of 6x12 Card stock
Score at 2", 4", 8" and 10"
On the right side of the paper,
Make a small pencil mark on the left side from the bottom at 2 and 1/4 inches.
Do the same on the right side
Line up the pencil mark on the left edge with the 4 inch score line at the top and cut
off the triangle.  Do the same on the right side edge using the pencil mark at 2 1/4 inches
lined up with the 8" score line at the top.

Accordion fold the card.....2 inch and 10 inch score lines are mountain folds,
and the 4 inch and 8 inch score lines are valley folds.
Decorate the panels as desired.

Make a belly band that will go around the card and still can be slipped off easily.
I made mine 1 inch wide, and trimmed it with a 1/4 inch strip  of the designer paper.

Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great day. Until later.........
