BSS IDEA - BIRDHOUSE

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Idea.

Hope everyone had a fun St Paddy's Day weekend.

Always think of it as the first real sign of Spring.  Would be nice

for the snow to stop, but the sun has been out for a few days

and that feels so good!

Was in the store on Friday, and there is a lot of new stamps

and stuff for Spring.  Easter is everywhere with beautiful

stamps and dies.  If you love bunnies like I do, there are lots

of them to choose from!

This weeks card is a stamp that just caught my eye right away!

Seems like we have a lot of birds around already.

I think they may have come back a couple of weeks

too soon! I feed them year round, and on Friday,

there were Blue Jays, Cardinals, Finches, Morning Doves,

 Red Wing Black Birds, Squirrels (4)

and a bunny all feeding at the same time!

When I went to restock my seed supply, the woman

checking me out asked if I worked at a zoo!! HA!

SINGING IN THE RAIN

Hope everyone is having a good Sunday.  I have been in my stamp room

for the last two days coloring up images that I have gotten recently.

I know tomorrow is House Mouse Challenge day, but I already had my

cards for that challenge done and posted and after coloring up this one I

just had to share it with you.

I think this is a new favorite! Are these little guys cute or what!!

HONEYCOMB

Hello blogging friends.  We are still shoveling snow and hoping that Spring

is around the corner. 

I've made a Spring card for today though.

Papers - Black Card Stock, Graphic 45 Nature Sketchbook Collection,

Wildfire Bouquet.

Brusho Crystals for the Honeycomb

Stamped with Vintage Photo distress ink.

I fussy cute the bees and colored with Copics and added

Star Dust Stickles to the wings

Card is 6x6 Octagon die set, various sizes.

Popped up layers with foam tape.

I dripped some hot melt glue on the honeycomb to look like honey.

I love the inside sentiment, and in case you can't read it

Their bodies are heavey

Their wings too small

But yet they fly after all
