Hello friends.  I have used a sweet image from Whimsy for my card today.

Chrissy Armstrong's images of little girls are some of my favorites.

Hope everyone is having a great New Years Eve.  We are staying in.  Rick

is watching our local Hockey team on TV and I'm about to go into

the stamp room to clean up and color some images I have stamped.

We will enjoy a tasty toast of some sparkly goodness at Midnight and call it a

night and a New Year!

BSS IDEA - THE PERFECT TREE

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff  Idea.

Did you get a lot of your Christmas shopping done over

the busy shopping days since Thanksgiving?  I am so

far behind it's not even funny.  Need to really work at

getting my act together this week.

Finding the perfect tree seems to be everyone's quest each year.

This is a stamp from Penny Black -Before the snow (40-714)

(you will notice my version is after the snow)

Scalloped die is Spellbinders

Snow is Chunky White Embossing Powder (Stampendous)

 and Wow Clear embossing powder 

Sentiment is old

Snowflake is Martha Stewart punch.

I stamped the tree several times with different green

distress inks in the Misti.  I then stamped it

one last time with Versamark clear ink and

embossed with clear embossing powder

I sponged the sky background.

Light Gnome

Hello, feeling a bit better today, was able to eat and drink, but so tired.  Hoping

it was a turning point in the miserable cold.  I haven't had a cold in about 5

years, but this one has knocked me off my game.

I bought some darling gnome digi's on .etsy.  This is one of them.

And I made this simple little card with him.
