BSS IDEA - Happy Pumpkin

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Idea.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend.  It has heated up again and the

air conditioning came back on.  I took my garden apart, worse

garden ever this year!  The one thing that did well was the marigold flowers

I planted around the garden to keep the bunnies and squirrels out.

Fall in the Country

Hello friends.  Well, I spent the entire day yesterday hauling all my Fall and

Halloween decorations upstairs from the basement.  

I unboxed everything, and put everything out.

Then I was too exhausted to do anything else, but was fun while it lasted!!

  Poor dog is missing the bay window, where she spends a lot of time

 keeping watch over the neighborhood on a daily

basis in that window. Now she is peeking through the decorations

trying to see what is going on.

Made today's card with a stamp I bought a long time ago and just got

around to finally using it.

Falling Leaves

Hi friends, hope everyone is doing well today.

The large Chestnut trees in our front yard are already losing their leaves

and this years crop of horse chestnuts (not edible, except by squirrels)

are just about ready to start falling also.

Soon, I will be complaining about having to rake and bag them all up.

This little fox seems taken by the falling leaves around him,

I ordered this sweet digi from Whimsy from their September

digi release.

I colored him with Copics.  Designer paper is from

Michaels 12x12 stack their brand.

The orange paper is from the Paper Cut and is

Metallic Mandarin

PUPPIES

Hello friends.  Anyone who has ever gotten a young puppy knows the

joys and tribulations.  I made this card awhile ago and never posted it.

I have been drawing since a child and studied graphics at College many years ago, I now work as a Medical photographer part time but my love was always drawing. I started cardmaking about 4yrs ago when I bought my daughter a cardmaking kit which we did together, but I’m afraid I got the bug! My daughter preferred scrapbooking. I then started looking online at other blogs and this then became my passion and I loved sharing my cards with like minded people. I love stamping and loved finding images, but sometimes I could not find what I wanted so I started to draw myself.

This then has become my second addiction and I have never looked back, I love thinking of new images, and its just fabulous to see others take them and make them into beautiful works of art. Long may it continue!
