Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.
Today's idea is to make a Sour Cream  Container Treat Box.  I think the only place I have ever seen these with sour cream in them is on a hospital tray, or in a cafeteria.  But, they are fun to make and go together quickly and make excellent little treat boxes for any occasion.

These are Halloween  Sour Cream Container Treat Boxes.
They are a piece of decorative paper or card stock 6x6 inches.
Use strong tape on all four sides like Score tape or red line.
Roll the paper to get the shape.  Then adhere one side to the
other. I applied tape to all four sides before adhering the roll.
Then on one end, remove the paper from the tape and fold it together.
Add small treats to the container, then fold the opposite way and remove the paper from the tape and
fold it together.  I used my paper crimper to seal both folds, about an inch up.
Decorate and embellish.

Here they are standing up.
Spider web paper and Jack O Lantern Paper is My Mind's Eye Spooky Halloween.
Center Pumpkins and vine paper is Cosmo Cricket, Matilda Mini Deck 6x6.
Spider punch is Martha Stewart, Black twine tie.  Stamp is Catslife Press.
Pumpkins and vines is decorated with Orange Sparkly Tulle bow and words from gross grain ribbon.
The Jack-O-Lantern container has bakers twine in green and white tie, tag sentiment is
Too Much Fun.  Hard to see, but the center pumpkin is popped up.

Here is a close up view of the crimping.
Here is another one decorated for Christmas.  Red dyed twine and regular twine bow.
Snowflake charm.  EK Success reindeer punch.

This one is 6x4, done with white card stock and embossed with a
Cuttlebug embossing folder.  Tied with a sparkly blue ribbon and
adorned with ribbon and rings (dollar store).  Great for table decorations
and favors for showers.
Hope I have inspired you today to try one of these little containers.  If you are a visual person, there is a  tutorial on Split Coast here:
Have a great Monday.  Thanks for stopping by today.  Until later..............

These treat containers are too dreamy! This time last year I was making all the goodies for my DD's wedding. The one with the rings reminded me.....where does the time go?
