KITTY BEE

Hi friends, hope all is well with you.  My Grandson has been sick and coughing for over a week and he has been here and missing school for the past 6 school days.  Back to the doctor twice (told my daughter it was viral and just had to wait it out.  In the meantime he is barking like a dog, running a temp and feels terrible.  Back to the doctor for the third time yesterday, he has pneumonia!  Ugh.....

Now at least he has meds which they are telling my daughter should knock it out in 24-48 hours.  He is downstairs, sleeping on my couch.  He just turned 16 and is never sick.  Missed all that school work, soccer practices and games...............

It's been awhile since I colored up a Penny Black image.  I love this one!

Well Sue it would seem that doctors over in your end of the world are just the same as ours. I think that is socking that it took three visits to find out tha your Grandson's illness was serious. I hope he is on the med soon.
Now what a gorgeous card, love the beautiful Summer colour theme and of course the image is wonderful, Kate x

A gorgeous card Sue, such a sweet image and fabulous design.
We used to have this with my son - he would have a really soar throat and raging temperature, doctor would say it's a virus until eventually after he had been suffering for about a week they would decide it was tonsillitis and prescribe antibiotics - I wouldn't mind but he would get it about three times per year!
I hope your Grandson makes a speedy recovery now he has the correct medication.

So sorry to hear about your grandson :( Melissa and her kids are barking too, and were also told 'viral'. Doctors today just don't want to give meds. Your card is darling! I don't care for bees in real life, but they are cute as can be on a rubber stamp! Great job, as always :)

So sorry to read about your sick grand 'baby'...it is always scary when healthy kids get so sick like that. I am sure Grandma is giving a little loving TLC too.

Your sweet bee card sure cheered me up...it has been a rough day :(

Thanks for sharing on the Penny Black Saturday Challenge blog...you really should try for GDT sometime, your cards are so fun! ♥ Sue Kment
