Hi Sue, Another lovely card.
Hope you are having a good start to the week. Sue
Hi, Sue! Such a beautiful card. The first thing the colors brought to mind was a my favorite dress, made by my mom, when I turned 12. I was tall and rather lanky and appeared to be a 16 year old except no make up yet. She had purchased my first pair of 3" heels with little bows on the heel, and I was taller than most women and lots of men. LOL My pink sleeveless dress had a flower petal "scalloped" neckline in the same color green as your card with white poke-a-dots. Remember the "pop" craze as it came across the pond in the early 60s? I love wearing the dress, and hated ironing it LOL Back in those days, one dressed up when flying, and it was that dress that I wore to fly from Las Vegas to New York City, towing my younger brother and sister with me, as we relocated from the west to east coast. The variety of designs in your card, and those exact colors, brought that vivid memory to me. Thanks for that!
Beautifully decorated! I have only made one Z-fold card - and it has been years ago! Yours is so pretty, I hope to make one soon. I actually thought it was a "regular card" with the two background panels, and was surprised by your 2nd photo of the z-fold, showcasing how those two papers actually "came together". Your frolicking HM critters are adorable, and beautifully colored! Wishing you a great day, Sue!
hugs,
