BSS IDEA - Christmas in July

WELCOME TO THE BUFFALO STAMPS AND STUFF IDEA.

Hello friends, another week has passed,
and  a very wet one it was.  Lots of flooding
and damage all around us.  Our yard had
standing water where the neighbors driveway
sits higher than our yard and there is always
runoff when it rains.  AND the pond filled
up right to the top and over.  Good thing we have
small boulders instead of flat rock around the
entire pond, or we would have had goldfish swimming
in the grass!!

This week I thought we would celebrate
Christmas in July with the super cute
stamp set from Colorado Stamp Co.
called Christmas Presents (AJ392)
The sentiments  used on the card came
from this set also.

I colored with Copic Markers and used
various inks to ink the backgrounds.
Lots of  Stickles, but hard to catch on
the camera.  These sweet images by Children's book Author
and Illustrator, Anita Jeram are so very endearing
and fun to color too.

That's it for me this week.

Thanks for stopping by today,
Have a good week.
Until later.....

Fabulous cards Sue, adorable stamps and super backgrounds.
The weather certainly is throwing up some challenges at the moment isn't it, we are baking in a mini heat wave at the moment, nothing like some countries but not pleasant!

Hi Sue, Glad you didn't have any flood damage to your home. Hope the pond goes down soon.

Loving the cards. You cannot beat a doggy on the front, in my opinion:) LOL

Hope you have a good start to the week. Sue

They are so cute, Sue, and beautifully done on that textured paper. Love the masked edges. I'm sorry to hear about the torrential rains. It's times like this that I wish a giant crane could be engineered to move entire storms out west to tame the growing deserts and bring much needed waters to the Colorado which used to go all the way to Mexico. SO GLAD you planned ahead for those dear gold fish that have been in your family a long time! Thinking of you. hugs, de
