JUNE FUZZY WUZZY CHALLENGE MID MONTH REMINDER

It's finally Friday!

Today's card is to remind you that we are half-way through the monthly challenge at Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenges.  You still have plenty of time to make a card or project using an animal as the focal point of your item, along with following the monthly theme.  The June Theme is a recipe, three papers, two buttons, and you must use the color blue on your card.

This adorable image is a coloring page of a sweet Precious Moments little girl.  I have a feeling she is trying to find homes for her wagon load of puppies!!  I colored with Copic Markers and sponged the sky background.  Sentiment is from a clear stamp set from Cloud 9, all about dogs.  Hearts were punched with an elongated heart punch from Paper Shapers.  Added some Diamond Stickles.  Bakers twine across the top, and tied on buttons.

Close up of image.  I stippled the grass.

Hope you have a chance to join us at the Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge.  You have until the 30th of June.  We'd love to come see what you come up with for this challenge.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great Friday.  Until later...........

BEE ON YOUR NOSE

Hi.  Ran some errands today and one of them was a stop at my local stamp store.
Got some new "stuff" to play with, excited to ink up some new stamps.
Today's card is for the challenge (#68) at Sassy Cheryl's.  This week, they want you to make a Tent Card.

I made mine with papers by K & Company.  The delicate vine border is a new purchase.  It's a die cut by Memory Box.  These dies cut so nice and this one is very thin in places.  I cut some of the pansies from scraps for the front of the card and made the inside with matching paper.  I colored this cute image with Copic Markers.  The sentiment is Stampendous.

Hope your Tuesday was great.  Thanks for stopping by.  Until later..............

BSS MONDAY IDEA - GRADUATION CAP CARD

Hi, it's Monday.  The day I post an idea for my local stamp store, Buffalo Stamps and Stuff.

Today's idea is this great Graduation Cap Card, that opens like a spring card.

This is the card opened up.  The stamp of the graduates throwing their hats in the air is from Penny Black and the sentiment stamp is Hero Arts.

Below are the directions for this card.

The card folds like a spring card to lay flat for mailing.

Have a great Monday.  Thanks for stopping by.

Hi, hope everyone had a great Thursday.  Did some much needed cleaning today and drank a gallon of water.............so hot and sticky!

Today's card is for the Penny Black and Friends Saturday Challenge #154, Doodling.

I used this great stamp "In her Garden".  The papers are by My Mind's Eye, Stella Rose 6x6 pad.

Happy Tuesday!  Today's card is for the challenge at Gingersnap Creations.
The theme is AT the Mall.  They want to see what you are picking up on a trip to the Mall.

What girl doesn't love a little retail therapy??  For my card, I used a base card of glittery dotted pink card stock by Best Creations.  The designer paper is from my stash.  The beautiful dress stamp is an old one by Me and Carrie Lou, unfortunately out of business now.  The Shoes and perfume stamps are by Great Impressions.  The sentiment is Inky Antics.

This is the card completely open.

Used some Stickles on the images for sparkle.

Who wouldn't want to have a trip at the Mall and pick up new shoes, a beautiful dress, perfume and jewelry............OH Yeah!
