BSS MONDAY IDEA - CUTE FOLD CARD

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.

This week, I found this great fold card on You tube, by Deb Valder.

I changed the card size from 41/4 x 11 to 5x11 inches.  It still fits

into a 5x7 envelope for mailing.

Hi friends. Hope you got to enjoy your weekend.

I made a card for a long time friend who lost her dear Aunt this past week.

A simple card.  Rose stamp is an old Stampin Up stamp.

Oval die is Spellbinders.

The rose on the inside is an old Penny Black (1997)

and the sentiment is My Sentiments Exactly, which has

the words for the outside and inside on one block.

Hoping this card will let her know I am thinking of her.

Birthday Bear

Hi friends. Have been busy, don't know where the week went!  Made an Easter Wreath for my daughter.

You use that eyelash yarn in lime green and wrap it around a Styrofoam wreath base.  Took forever to wrap the yarn around, but I love that it looks like Easter Grass.  Made the bow added the birds, butterflies and eggs and hung it on her door. I originally saw this on Pinterest.

I also did some genealogy this week, and did some work on the computer for my old employer, so I guess that is how the week slipped away.

I made this card a couple of days ago, but didn't manage to post it until now.

This darling little gift giving bear is by Wild Rose Studio and the circle sentiment

is theirs also.

Monday Idea.

Hello, and is this the longest, coldest winter you can remember for a long time?

Was so surprised when I got up on Sunday Morning and the ground was covered with

new snow again.....

This week's idea is a white on white card.

I love this style of card, so elegant.
