PARIS

Hi, it's finally Friday! Hope your having a good one. Going to be warm and sunny today. Yesterday we went to the "Fish" Store to get plants and stuff for the pond. We lost one of our big fish recently (just completely disappeared) so we pick out a new speckled white and black goldfish to replace her. We also got two really big pollywogs, which will become frogs by mid summer we are told. Then, they told us they may leave the pond. So, let me get this straight. We purchase these guys, give them a great home to mature in, and after raising them to froghood, they leave! Right now, they are just giant heads with tails, so will be exciting to see them start to get legs. Of course, we haven't seen them since we put them in the pond. Today's card is for the Simon Says Challenge. The challenge is to stamp something in the style of Tim Holtz, a rubber stamp artist who does magic with ranger inks. I have all the distress inks and the alcohol inks, but decided to make a tag to attach to a card. I don't have any of the stamps
from Stampers Anonymous that he uses, but thought this stamp was similar. I used my distress inks direct to paper then stamped images. Embellishments include hardware and chipboard, ribbon and pearls. The tag kinda tells a story of a love that took place in Paris, and now she is waiting to hear from "him " again wondering if he is thinking of her. Thanks for stopping by. Until later..............

Oh the pollywogs are just like kids, you have them, you raise them, and they are off to do their own thing! Card is great as always!
