Well the kids went back to school this week, and I am back to going over to my daughters house in the morning to get Mikey on the bus in the morning. Since he is going to go to Middle School next year, they decided this summer that they would give him a key and he would come home on the bus and let himself in this year so that he gets used to this procedure. Mind you his older sister is already home, but that was the plan. He wasn't to take the key out until he was on the porch at their house and he wasn't to tell anyone about it or show anyone. Yesterday, the second day of school, he showed it to the bus driver and every teacher he knew, which means he had it out and talked incessantly about it! There is a lot of work to be done this year!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today's card is for the second round of the Progressive Challenge at the Crafters Digial Art Center.
This image is by Stamp-n-doodle. The theme for the digi's they are giving away free this month is Back to School and you have until September 14th to use one or all of them in order to get the next round of digi's free.

I love your back to school card Sue. The paper at the bottom is so perfect as is the stars! Love how you coloured your image! Hope you had a great summer!
FANTASTIC Sue! Love your choice of background and design! Thanks so much for joining our challenge fun at CDAC!
just a wonderful card sue.
greetings karin
What a fun card! Love the background, your image is colored so sweetly, and those stars finish things off perfectly! lol...sounds like your middle schooler didn't understand 'don't show it to anyone'.... Good luck with that!
Lovely card Sue. I just saw an image on the Sassy Cheryl Blog with a little boy holding a stocking full of coal. Maybe you should send your DGS a hint. TLC has a sentiment that said "Santa called and he said it was time to start being good"! :) Have a great day and pray for patience. Ha Ha
