Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Monday Idea.
This week I used this wonderful brush stroke flower stamp from Penny Black to
make two completely different looks. One elegant, one vintage looking.
Despite the snow this weekend, I am so looking forward to Spring and flowers.
Supplies
Stamp - Penny Black-Passionate (40-453)
First Card (4 1/4x5 1/2 inches)
I added dye ink directly to the stamp with a finger
sponge applicator. Used a light blue and green in for he leaves.
Stamped onto white card. I added the darker blue details on the
flowers with a copic marker after I stamped it. I then cut out
the oval, and sprayed it with a mixture of
Perfect pearls and water in a mini mixture.
I added it to a decorative oval of blue card stock.
The white panel corners were made with a Martha Stewart punch.
The second card 5 1/2 x 6 tent folded card
Stamp - Penny Black Passionate (40-453)
Paper - Tan card base, Kraft
Ink - Walnut, Distress Ink
I cut three panels from Kraft Paper.
Then, I stamped the stamp on each panel, centering it.
I then distressed all edges of each panel and
using the walnut ink pad, added ink to the distressed edges.
Adhere the largest panel to the card base centering it.
Pop up the next two panels, lining up the stamped images.
Add a bow to bottom stem on the card.
Thanks for stopping by today, have a great day. Until later.....

oh! What a fabulous use of that rubber stamp image, Sue! Gorgeous designs, and both VERY unique and different from one another - I love the brown tones for masculine and autumn themes, and the spring time setting in the first one is really beautiful! hugs, de
