BSS IDEA - FOR THE BIRDS

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Idea.

WHEW - has it been HOT or what!!  No in a long time
can I remember temperatures in the 90's for so many
days in a row.  Having to stay at home most of the time
I was so excited when the weather got nice so we could
at least enjoy working in the yard and sitting on our patio.
Now we are hibernating in the air conditioning!!

This weeks card

Stamp - Large Birdhouse Set - Art Impressions (5261-WC)
The set includes two birdhouses and three birds.
This stamp is one of their water color series, but I colored
with water based markers
I added the ground and grass and the flowers and greenery
around the birdhouse base.
The purple background paper is Cuddlebug Designs
I used a 1/4 x 51/2 inch white card stock base.

Stay Cool and Stay Safe!

Thanks for stopping by.
Have a good week
Until later......

Lovely card. The scene is so pretty. I love the purple gingham.

The weather here has been so hot, too. We really are having to hibernate in the a/c. [Bunny]

How beautiful Sue, lovely image and gorgeous colours too.
Wow that is hot, it would kill me. Our weather has been pretty poor lately, not like Summer at all.
I hope you are managing to keep safe, your poor country is in such a state, it must be so worrying for you, take care, Kate x

What a peaceful, wonderfully pretty card.

You're fortunate to have AC. Our current house lacks central air or large fans/AC systems, so the dog days of this roasty-toasty season can be quite the challenge (we live in one of the warmest parts of Canada, where summertime temps in the range of 90 - 105+ F are not uncommon). Thankfully, though, if there's one thing you can bank on in this country, it's that another snow-filled winter will be rounding the bend again in no time. :D
