HEARD YOU CAUGHT A BUG

Hershey Mini bars covered with a strip of paper. "Bugs" were cut using Cricut, Walk in My Garden cartridge.

Hi and thanks for stopping by. Instead of a card today, I thought I would show you this little project I did for two little guys on my Easter gift list. I purchased these little bug houses at AC Moore for $ 1.99 each (you can also get cute little bright colored plastic ones at the dollar stores)
I covered the roof with decorative paper and stamped with the Heard you caught a bug stamp .
The "bugs" in the first photo are Hershey mini bars covered with a strip of paper. The "bugs" were cut using my new Cricut and the Walk in My Garden cartridge. A little Easter grass and your all set. I added a name tag too. And when the candy is gone, my two fellows can get down to the business of catching some real bugs! What do you think? Didn't they turn out cute, and it's so much harder to make something cute for little boys, so I was really excited with these. Hope you're having a good Sunday, the sun is shining brightly today! Until later........
