Music Lessons

Hello, it's Thursday already! Kids are out of school this week here, so I got to "sleep in" until 7 a.m. when the dog barked to go out!! Weather here got cold and snowy again, can Spring come too soon to those of us in cold weather places?

Today's card is for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge (MMSC41). This was a fun sketch to work with. I used stamps from Cornish Heritage Farms, both the main image and the music background. The girl sitting at the piano, reminds me of when our daughter took piano lessons and those dreaded practice sessions and then the recital. The card is made from paper from the At Home stack from DCWV. The glittered swirls are by Making Memories. Pearl accents are Kaiser. Cornish Heritage Farms is the February sponsor and is offering some great "stuff" as a prize to the lucky winner. www.priscillastyles.blogspot.com

Hope you have a great rest of the day. Thanks so much for stopping by. Until tomorrow....

I adore what you have done with this -- those elements with the borders and the color palette -- ah, yes those music practices!

Sue, I love this card! This classic look is awesome and I so agree with that sentiment! Having just aquired a keyboard and guitar this really has special meaning! Just hope I can find some hidden talent in me that is musical!!! Fabulous colors and those corners are fantastic.
Thanks for playing along with us again this week.
