Butterflies Aplenty

Hello, Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Before we head out to my daughters to watch the game, I just wanted to show you these little butterflies I put together for her first grade class for Valentines Day. I just used the Stampin Up Butterfly die cut by Sizzix and cut out the small and large butterfly from different valentines patterned paper. I then just taped a package of Smartees to each set of wings, mixing the papers. So cute and so fast! They are little so all they want to do is get to the candy anyway, so I think they will enjoy them. Brooke, one of the gals that runs the cinema Saturday challenge made airplanes with Smarties, life savers for wheeels and gum for the wings, so very cute.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday. Until tomorrow.................

I saw some birds flying North a few days ago, I guess I will have to wait a while til the Smarties Monarchs make their way through The Plains this summer, haha, what a cute project!! I bet the girls will have a hard time ripping into them, the crafty ones anyway!!
