MIDNIGHT MADNESS SKETCH CHALLENGE #46

This is my design team entry for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #46 as their March Guest.

You can see both the fancy or the clean and simple version of the sketch on the Midnight Madness blog.

The Stamp was sent to me to use in this week's challenge by Sue McMahon, owner of
McMahon Five Designs who distributes stamps for D'Amour Allure. They are our weekly sponsor this week and are offering some nice stamps and flowers to our weekly bonus winner.

You can see the prizes being offered on the MMSC blog site.

I colored the image with Copic Markers. Distressed the edges with Ranger Distress ink. The border punches are all Martha. The papers are from the My Mind's Eye, Home and DCWV, At Home stacks. I used a word stamp by A Muse Art Stamps. I love this saying, my grandkids used to say it all the time when they were little.

Here's a close up of the image.

Here's a close up of the bling of the stars!!

A close up of the matching envelope made from the 5x7 template for the thick envelope kit from Priscilla's Styles Store. She is the monthly sponsor for March for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge and has offered some wonderful prizes. And she is also having a drawing at the end of the month from the followers of her store blog for a great prize. The stars were cut with a sizzix die. The rhinestone stars are from Michaels.

Our MMSC #45 Gold Star Award goes to: Ann Ryan

Our Remarkables Awards go to: Linda W and Anne 2411

The MMSC #45 Weekly Bonus Winner is: LOZ

Congratulations everyone!

What a cute image, this must be that once a year occasion mid January when the moon is at its largest, fullest size. Your colouring is terrific and the elements that you've included in the project are perfect, from the bling to the sentiment. Fantastic work!!

It has a cool galaxy feel Sue. It's so cool and those punched borders are very pretty. Love the way you colored the image that really matches the night time feel for the moon :o)
