Don't Forget to Remember

Hi Friends.  Heading out to our daughters for a picnic today, but wanted to wish everyone in the US a Happy Fourth of July, our Independence Day.  Please stop for a moment today and remember those who are in far off lands, away from family, fighting to keep us safe and free.

I made a card for the challenge at Saturated Canary for today.
The theme is red, white and blue.

Isn't she great!  With so many young women and mothers serving our
country right now, I thought this image was just so appropriate for today.

Digi is Saturated Canary
Papers are Bo Bunny
The July 4th embossed image is Sizzix embossing folder
Colored with Copics
Spellbinders deckled edged rectangles die
Stars are a punch
Bless our troops stamp is from the dollar bin at Michael's

Enjoy your day off, whatever you do today.  Thanks for stopping by.  Until later.....

Sue, Thanks for that GORGEOUS picture topping your post today. Today is such a great day for everyone to reflect and remember. Hope everyone does. Your card is just darling. Great image and, of course, your embellishments are great and have that special vintage look to them. Enjoy your day with your daughter. Still counting your days along with you. Can't wait for your baby to come home with you.
