The Quilt

Hi blogging friends.  It's been nearly a week since I blogged!  Yikes!  Just busy.

We have been walking the dog down by the river lately, she loves to go there.  We live near the Niagara River, which flows north and goes over Niagara Falls.  In the Fall, they place an ice boom up river so that ice doesn't clog the water intakes.  Last week they took the boom out and the river was completely full of ice flows.  When this picture was taken a couple of days ago it was nearly done flowing through our area.
