BSS IDEA - Pocket fold card

Welcome to the Buffalo Stamps and Stuff Idea.

Happy 4th of July WEEK.  By that I mean the fire works started on Friday
in my neighborhood and will continue on to next Sunday night..  These
aren't kids, it an older man across the street.  Worse part is, our dog gets
so upset and distraught and we have a devil of a time with her.  So it's not
our favorite time of the year,

This week's card is a fun fold card and the image is a hoot too!

Hi Sue, Fab card.

Have you tried DAP for your dog? Here in the UK you can get DAP collars, plug ins and spray. I use the spray for my girls. You spray their bed, or the car, or wherever your dog is going to be, but don't spray your dog. It gives off the same smell (we can't smell it) that a lactating bitch gives off to her pups, so dogs are usually calmed by it.

You take care. Sue

Beautiful card. Love the colors.

Living at the beach I can sympathize about the fireworks. We always say that people must have money to burn by blowing it up. Kids can't afford those big fireworks. The poor animals are scared to death. Not to mention just when you lay down and you're almost asleep you hear the fireworks begin again. Ugh! I love fireworks but do wish it was contained to one night and not a week's worth.

My mother used a Thunder Jacket for her dog years ago. It kinda worked. The poor dog would hide in the closet or under the bed and no matter how much she cajoled that dog wouldn't come out until there was quiet. [Bunny]``

Fabulous fun card Sue, I love these gnome images and mean to get myself some, it's a brilliant fold too, love it all.
I always feel for the animals when it's firework season, here it's Guy Fawkes night on the 5th of Nov. and of course New Year, some folk are so insensitive. My Son's last dog was terrified of the noise, I hope your beautiful dog isn't too stressed, Kate x
