Halloween candy bar card

The Outside of the card

The inside of the card
Hi. I had this little card to post on Sunday and I forgot! It's a simple little card for Halloween, but could be adapted for any occasion. You start with a piece of 8 1/2 x 7 cardstock. You score at 2 1/2 inches and at 6 3/4 inches. Fold up the 2 1/2 inch to form a pocket to hold the candy bar. Use red line tape to hold it securely. Decorate the front and the pocket as desired. Could be dressed up with ribbon and embellishments, but for little ones I have left this one fairly simple. Papers are by K & Company. The inside sentiment is a $ 2.00 stamp from AC Moore.
The outside sentiment is by Northwoods. Have a great rest of the day.

I had to jump over here quick to be the first one to tell you this is so so cute -- and what a clever idea! You have a good "rest of the day" too!

This is a really neat way to hold give a candy treat! Very cute! Congrats on getting to go forward in the House Mouse DT challenge. I am rooting for you!
